Usage Licenses

Use of eMarket Design products, including WP App Studio generated custom plugins, is subject to the license you purchase. Each license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. Various licenses are available:

1. WP App Studio Generated Custom Application License:

   • You may install the generated app on an unlimited number of single or multisite installations.
   • If your app design is based on a WPAS App Design purchased on our site, the design’s license terms apply.
   • Usage is allowed for personal or client projects.
   • Redistribution or resale requires explicit, written permission from eMarket Design.
   • Licensed components within the item must only be used within the item and not extracted for stand-alone use.
   • If the item is created using materials under a GNU General Public License (GPL), GPL terms apply.

2. WPAS Plans:

   • Plans can be used to generate code for an unlimited number of apps.

3. FreeDev Generated Apps:

   • Licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL) published by the Free Software Foundation.

4. WP App Studio Application Design License:

   • The design can be used on an unlimited number of apps.
   • Apps generated based on a WPAS design are restricted to the number of sites defined in the design’s license.
   • Usage is allowed for personal or client projects.
   • Redistribution or resale requires explicit, written permission from eMarket Design.

5. Single Application License:

   • Restricted to a single installation excluding WordPress multisite installations.
   • Usage is allowed for personal or client projects.
   • Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
   • Licensed components must only be used within the item and not extracted for stand-alone use.
   • If created using GPL materials, GPL terms apply.

6. Multiple Applications License:

   • Usage may extend to multiple installations, including WordPress multisite installations.
   • Each site is considered a separate entity.
   • Usage is allowed for personal or client projects.
   • Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
   • Licensed components must only be used within the item and not extracted for stand-alone use.
   • If created using GPL materials, GPL terms apply.

7. Extended License (Whitelabel):

   • Must be purchased for licensing, sublicensing, redistributing, or reselling the final product.
   • Usage may extend to multiple installations.
   • Allowed for personal or client projects.
   • Licensing, sublicensing, redistributing, or reselling is permitted under specific conditions.
   • Licensed components must only be used within the item and not extracted for stand-alone use.
   • If created using GPL materials, GPL terms apply.
