Triggers allow you to define business rules to be applied to an issue, project or a team member when it is created or updated.
You can create multiple triggers. You can also edit a trigger if you want to modify it or simply delete it if you do not need it anymore. Triggers must be activated to run.
For example, you can create a trigger which looks for "priority" of an issue in a project when it is created and assigns it to a specific team member. Another can be created to assign issues to a project member responsible for a certain product with the least number of open issues.
I needed something that does everything and does it easily. Track bugs, recurring user issues, future improvements, general ideas, software to try, etc. etc. I like that it sits behind the login and that it shows all project issues in one place without being overly complicated. Very straight forward.scmf –
I downloaded this plugin mainly to learn how WP App Studio works but ended up using it for my blog. I must say it does what it says it does. Keep up the good work guys!nacy_portland –
