WP Ticket customer support system comes with powerful, highly customizable helpdesk search forms. Using search web forms, customers and helpdesk agents can search through support tickets to check the status of them or locate the ones needing a response.
WP Ticket supports EMD Form Builder. Using EMD Form Builder, administrators can create new or modify existing helpdesk search forms. Custom fields can be used in search forms as well.
Helpdesk administrators can enable or disable certain fields to be used in helpdesk search forms. For example; you can disable search by language or groups. To protect the helpdesk search forms from the spambots, ReCAPTCHA can be enabled for certain user roles. In addition, helpdesk administrators can set one or more search fields required, make a search form AJAX enabled to display the search results without reloading the page or adjust the layout of a helpdesk search form.
Customers can search tickets from the front end using ticket ID or email address. Email address-based searches display ticket history so you do not need to give backend access. Helpdesk search results can be exported to multiple formats such as MS Excell, CSV, or text.
Helpdesk search forms can be configured to included optional search operators. Search operators allow detailed filtering of helpdesk support tickets at a granular level. Customers and agents can use operators such as "equal", "not equal", "like", "not like", "begins with", "ends with", and "by word" to search support tickets.
The helpdesk administrator has the ability to limit access to search forms. For example, a helpdesk search form can be displayed to logged-in users only by notifying its visibility setting on the software settings. In this mode, customers see front-end login and/or registration forms in the helpdesk search form page if they're not logged in.
I purchased the Enterprise version of WP Ticket to support incoming email from clients (apparently also available as extension to free version), as my previous ticket plugin was no longer supporting incoming email communications on our WPEngine host. The WP Ticket developer diagnosed the problem (which several hours with WPEngine support techs had failed to do), and fixed it immediately in a revised version. I’m very happy with their level of support, and the plugin itself appears well thought out with good customization/extensibility.doctorproctor –
Very simple and easy to use support ticket plug in. I needed some help due to some issues with an upgrade and support responded immediately and helped me solve the issue. Highly recommended if you are looking for a wordpress dashboard support system.stevelack –
