Field based access

Employee Directory allows you to set which fields can be seen or edited by employees.

WP Ticket offers field based access in addition to user role based access. Using field based access, you can limit the information support agents or managers can see and edit.

For example, you can revoke access to "ticket author email" by support agents. Once you revoke access to a certain field, it is applied both in the frontend and WordPress dashboard editor. This feature allows site owners to limit access to certain sensitive information by users who are not authorized to view it.
