Enhance team efficiency by connecting Easy Digital Downloads orders and products with WP Ticket:

1. Auto-fill Customer Orders:

   • Automatically populate customer orders when they are logged in.

2. Open Tickets for Specific Products:

   • Display products included in an order, allowing customers to open tickets for specific products.

3. Tickets for Pre-sale Questions:

   • Enable opening tickets on products not connected to orders, catering to pre-sale inquiries.

4. Link Tickets to Orders and Products:

   • Establish connections between tickets and orders/products in the ticket edit or Easy Digital Downloads order edit screen.
   • Customize triggering terms for customer orders or pre-sale questions in the Easy Digital Downloads page under WP Tickets settings.
