WP Ticket includes a client area. All logged-in users who are assigned to "Subscriber" role can:
- Access to the self-authored tickets.
- Publish new tickets from the admin backend
- View self-authored ticket list at the frontend
- Filter through the self-authored tickets at the admin backend
- Add Ticket comments for the self-authored tickets from the admin backend
- Private ticket submit and search forms accessible to subscribers only.
