Allow file attachments in customer support

WP Ticket allows help desk agents and users to add attachments when creating or updating or replying to a support ticket.

The default configuration for file attachments allows help desk agents to add files to support ticket comments, page, and email notifications directly or as links. All attachments are stored in the WP Ticket media library and accessible from the support ticket page. Administrators can set the file type and size of attachments.

Additionally, you can:

  • Easily add or remove the file attachment field from your support ticket form.
  • Collect additional information such as images, videos, Word documents, PDFs, etc.
  • Easily view and delete the attached files from inside your WordPress dashboard.
